12 Week Coaching Package: $400/month*
*Continuing clients can customize their coaching strategy by choosing how many calls per month are needed for them. Calls are $50 each (billed monthly).

The Soy Boy Fitness 1-on-1 Coaching Program is the full package! You’ll learn the most important lessons, tools, and processes I have developed over my 15 years in fitness and working with many clients.
Your custom training and nutrition program will be tailored to your goals, skill/ability level, and lifestyle. The program will evolve over time as we work together to learn how, when, and why to make changes. The Custom Program contains five parts:
