Other coaching companies:

  • Have very little time for you because they take on hundreds of clients

  • Charge a premium because they spend lots on marketing and sales

  • Try to keep you around for longer than you need to be there to help their bottom line

  • Care about their public image more than they care about your experience

  • Charge $3,500 for 3 months of coaching because they have so many overhead costs 

  • Give you no resources or tools after your time is up because they want you to stay reliant on their services 

 

Here at Soy Boy Fitness Coaching:

  • I only work with 5-10 clients at a time so that I can give each client my full attention and best service possible

  • I market and sell organically, meaning I do not have paid advertisements or forced conversations. This allows me to keep my costs low and my audience/clients comfortable

  • As a principle, I will only keep you as a client if I know I have more to teach you and we work very well together– taking money from someone who is not learning doesn’t feel good to either person involved

  • I am not motivated by money—which is why I charge less and take on a very limited number of clients at a time—I am motivated by changing lives (like the ones you’ll read about on the “Testimonials” page)

  • I give you the lessons and the tools (spreadsheets) for life to help you navigate your fitness journey because I care about your continued success and your empowerment after working with me

My Pricing:

12 Week Coaching Package: $400/month*

*Continuing clients can customize their coaching strategy by choosing how many calls per month are needed for them. Calls are $50 each (billed monthly).

Program Overview

The Soy Boy Fitness 1-on-1 Coaching Program is the full package! You’ll learn the most important lessons, tools, and processes I have developed over my 15 years in fitness and working with many clients.

Your custom training and nutrition program will be tailored to your goals, skill/ability level, and lifestyle. The program will evolve over time as we work together to learn how, when, and why to make changes. The Custom Program contains five parts:

1. Training Program

2. Nutrition Program

3. Spreadsheet Tools for Planning and Tracking

4. Form Reviews

5. Coaching Calls
